Things to Know When You Become a Sponsor
- If you would like to become a sponsor, please fill out the form below.
- When you become a sponsor you will be assigned a child in need of gifts. If you can’t fulfill your roll as a sponsor, please let us know.
- Please try to buy all the gifts on your childs list.
- The total amount of all gifts per sponsor should not exceed $100. (Depending on the age of the child, this could be less. We set this limit because there might be other children in the family that are sponsored by someone else. We do not want one child to get more gifts than their siblings. If you have all the children in a family, you may spend or give more.)
- If the gifts exceed the amount of $100, please let us know as we will need to eliminate one or more gifts to keep the cost at or under $100
- Please wrap all gifts and put the first and last names on the tags. We do get kids with the same name.
- It takes the Claus Family anywhere between 5-10 days to process and organize gifts for pick up by the families. We would appreciate gifts to be turned into our location of 161 Colony Park Road by December 10th or we would be glad to pick up the toys on or before this date. Buying the toys early helps in popular toys that maybe become backordered. You may turn in the gifts earlier than the Dec 10th date as well, this helps us get the toys picked up in a timely fashion.
- If you have any questions about sponsoring a child, please fill free to contact me through the email below.
To get the gifts to the child:
- Please drop them off at Kilman Dental, 161 Colony Park Rd. New Smyrna Beach, FL
- You can also drop off your child gifts at their home with the parent’s permission. If you do decide to drop off toys to your sponsored child, please make sure you take someone with you. Your safety is our concern. There should be at least two people when delivering gifts to the child’s home.
- I will also be glad to come get the gifts from you as well, if needed.
We are so grateful for all our sponsors. They have been the backbone in this endeavor. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please include them within the description of the form below.
Thank you!
